With more than 72 hours' notice, the paid deposit is refunded. Between 72 and 48 hours, 50% of the deposit is refunded.

The timing of a cancellation determines the deposit refund. Specific conditions are also provided when each booking is confirmed.
Under 48 hours or no-show
With less than 48 hours' notice, or if the passenger does not appear, the deposit is non-refundable.
Date changes
They may be requested in advance and remain subject to availability. When possible, the booking will be moved to the new date.
Weather and force majeure
For severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control, we will try to reschedule. Refund conditions are evaluated case by case.
How to request a change.
Every cancellation or modification must be communicated through WhatsApp or the channel used to book.
Flight changes are coordinated according to the monitoring and waiting terms shared for airport transfers.
